About the event
WHAT ARE YOUR SUNDAY SERVICES LIKE?
Our Sunday services are exciting, relevant, and uplifting. The modern worship music, multimedia and meaningful teaching make our services fun and interesting. Most of our Sunday worship services last just a little more than an hour.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN WHEN I VISIT FOR THE FIRST TIME?
We don't believe in embarrassing anyone or making anyone feel uncomfortable. At our church, we don't publicly recognize those that are new or trying us out. We believe in giving people opportunities, but in a way that is comfortable and helpful, never pushy or forceful. You will be greeted warmly at the door and the welcome team will answer any questions you might have. We are a "no pressure" church.
WHAT ABOUT MY CHILDREN?
At our church kids are priority number one. Our kids ministries are fun, and exciting. We combine Bible lessons and a fun atmosphere to reach your kids on their level. These ministries are age-appropriate for your children and happen at the same time as the main worship service.
HOW CAN I MEET OTHERS AND GET CONNECTED?
We offer several ministries, events, and small groups for you to be part of. Our slogan here at Church of the Heartland is "Let's do life together." So no matter what stage or place you are in your life there is something for everyone!
WHAT DO I WEAR?
Feel free to wear whatever you feel comfortable in. Anything from a business suit to shorts and a t-shirt. Our church is not about what you look like. We welcome everyone.
WHAT IS THIS I HEAR ABOUT MULTIPLE LOCATIONS?
Heartland Church has several locations all over Northern Indiana. We see ourselves as one church with one vision that meets in multiple locations. It gives us the strength and possibilities of a large church with the personal touch of a church in your hometown.
