Abraham 4: Shoo Away The Vultures

Part 4 of the “Abraham: Faith On The Journey” series looks at one of the most powerful moments in Abraham’s life — when God makes a covenant with him in Genesis 15.

This message explores what a covenant really is, why God’s promises are different than ordinary agreements, and how God responds to Abraham’s fears, questions, and uncertainty with faithfulness.

In this message, we look at:

• The meaning of a Biblical covenant (“berith”)

• Why God tells Abraham not to fear

• How faith responds to God’s promises

• What it means to “shoo away the vultures of doubt”

• The importance of trusting God’s timing

• Some of the greatest promises God gives His people

Even when fear, doubt, and waiting try to shake our faith, God remains faithful to every promise He has made.
